TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The customer declares to have read and accepted all the general conditions contained on the website itself; each contract will be governed by the sales conditions in force at the time the order is submitted by the customer.
These general conditions may be modified by SuperSamaStore without any prior notice.
PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
The characteristics of the products, including the selling price, are listed on the online catalog and visible at every stage of order completion before the contract is concluded.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
The product descriptions are provided by each individual manufacturer/supplier, who makes all necessary information available to 3S to identify the product's characteristics as accurately as possible. Product specifications may be subject to change without notice, and SAMA' S.R.L., owner of the SuperSamaStore.it site, assumes no responsibility for any errors.
DURATION AND VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
The terms of the offer for each product are those listed and visible on the online catalog during the order completion phase before the contract is concluded. Except for ongoing orders, 3S reserves the right to update the offer conditions at any time and without prior notice.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
All products sold by 3S are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and, for consumers only, by the legal warranty of 24 months for conformity defects, pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code). To benefit from warranty assistance, the customer must retain the invoice or receipt received upon delivery of the goods.
The 24-month warranty under the Consumer Code applies to products that have a conformity defect, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and as described in the technical documentation provided. Replacement times or possible spare parts replenishment depend on the manufacturer.
In any case, any costs for resending defective products to the 3S headquarters are the responsibility of the buyer.
Physical damages to the material, caused even accidentally by the buyer himself or not contested within 48 hours of receipt, are not covered by the warranty.
SHIPMENTS
Uninsured shipments travel at the sole risk of the buyer/client, and any damages cannot be reimbursed in this case.
In any case, upon delivery of the goods by the courier, we recommend checking:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the accompanying document
- that the product indicated on the packaging matches what is actually indicated on the invoice
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, and signing with a CONTROL RESERVE
Any damages or discrepancies in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery.

ORDER COMPLETION
The order submitted will be considered completed and binding only from the moment the customer receives acceptance confirmation via email with the order status "Confirmed."
The customer undertakes to verify the accuracy of the data contained therein and to promptly communicate any corrections.
STATUSES
Pending: This refers to the order completed by the Customer but awaiting formal verification and payment confirmation by the 3S staff.
Confirmed: This refers to the order verified and approved by the 3S staff.
Shipped: This refers to the "physical" shipment of the product via the shipping channels offered by the carrier chosen by 3S - from this moment onwards, delivery times are independent of our staff's will.
Cancelled: This refers to the refusal to execute the order by the 3S staff.
Refunded: This status is set when the customer requests a refund for the purchased goods (shipping costs are excluded from the refund).
DISPUTES
For any dispute, the competent jurisdiction is exclusively that of LECCO.
