PAYMENTS

The accepted payment methods are as follows:

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT, POST OFFICE, PAYPAL ACCOUNT, BANK TRANSFER, MONEY ORDER OR POSTAL BULLETIN.

SECURE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT:
3S, in collaboration with PayPal's telematic service from the eBay group, allows you to make your online purchases with major credit cards: Visa/Cartasì, Visa Electron, MasterCard, PostePay.

Please note that at no point during the credit card purchase process is 3S able to access personal information regarding the cardholder. This information is transmitted directly to the bank's website managing the transaction through an encrypted and secure connection.

3S only receives authorization from the card issuer. This procedure is absolutely secure and fully guarantees the buyer. The SSL encryption system ensures that no one can read the information sent over the Internet. 3S cannot be held responsible for any delays or damages caused by the banking system.

BANK TRANSFER PAYMENT:
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will not be processed until 3S receives the bank credit. The goods are prepared within 24/48 hours of purchase but will not be dispatched until the transfer is received, after which the expected delivery times will begin. POSTAL BULLETIN PAYMENT:
To make this type of payment, you will need to go to the post office and request to make a payment via postal bulletin. Then fill out the form with the following details. The credit for this type of payment generally takes 3/4 working days, and the purchased goods will only be shipped once the payment is received.

CASH ON DELIVERY:
In some cases, cash on delivery is also accepted, where payment is made in cash upon delivery (checks are not accepted), along with a shipping fee surcharge that may vary based on the total order amount. If you wish to use cash on delivery, you must make arrangements with our telephone operators at 0341.1885728.

The following cases are ALWAYS EXCLUDED from cash on delivery payment:

- Fragile items such as sanitary ceramics and shower enclosures.
- Items available only on order, such as colored radiators or specific dimensions.
- Orders exceeding €5000.
